Conference Fees

Registration fees to the Conference are as follows and include: Admission to all sessions, Welcome ice breaker on Sunday evening, Monday to Wednesday Lunchs, Thuesday Gala Dinner, registration bag and meeting materials, and Program and abstracts Booklet.

Regular fees (before January 20th, 2022):

Student:                                      - 240 euros

EMBRC Members:                        - 310 euros

Non-EMBRC Members:                - 340 euros

Late Fees (after January 20th; Late registration deadline: March 3rd, 2023):

Student:                                      - 270 euros

EMBRC Members:                        - 350 euros

Non-EMBRC Members:                - 380 euros

Price are given without taxes

In case of cancellation of the conference due to the sanitary crisis, registration fees will be entirely reimbursed.
